Cheese Tower cake
This cheese tower cake was made for a December wedding. Constructed from a Wensleydale wheel, Blue Wensleydale, Cornish Yarg and topped with a Blumin White, all sitting on our handmade, 3-month-aged and steeped rich fruit Christmas cake.
The tree trunk base was supplied by the customer.
All was sliced and diced for reception nibbles.
